FoodSmart Conference and Expo for the Food and Beverage Trade 2023
Veolia Hong Kong is proud to support the FoodSmart Conference and Expo for the Food and Beverage Trade 2023. The conference took place on December 11th and 12th, bringing together professionals from the industry to share knowledge and support networks for experience sharing within the sector.
As one of the partnering organizations, Veolia Hong Kong has been supporting the FoodSmart Partnership Programme and the Environmental Protection Department in launching the event for years. This conference provides a valuable opportunity for professionals from the industry to showcase their latest technologies on food waste collection, innovations on Waste to Energy/Resources, and solutions to upcoming policy initiatives such as MSW Charging Scheme and the regulation of disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products.
Veolia Hong Kong’s local smart recycling and digitalised collection company Waylung Waste Services Limited, showcased its latest version of the Smart Food Waste Bin and shared its Total Waste Management Solutions with professionals.
With this year's exhibition theme: "Towards Carbon Neutrality Cum EcoPark Exhibition", Veolia's Technical Manager in the Business Development and Performance Department, Dr. Vincent Wang, had the honour to share his expertise on the Next Generation of Alternative Fuels - Hydrogen Technologies with elites from the industry.
